If we are talking truly technically, it is not shot loaded, but it is lead loaded. The point is it is heavier than normal leather and works better. Something similar costs around 300-350 Euros, not including freight, which I do not know how much it cost to the Netherlands from here. I would guess 10-20 Euros extra.
